Amphion Innovations plc (LSE: AMP) (the "Company" or "Amphion") has been advised that Richard Morgan, CEO of Amphion, yesterday purchased 500,000 ordinary shares at 12.5 pence per ordinary share in the Company. 

 

Accordingly, Richard Morgan is now beneficially interested in 21,698,211 ordinary shares, representing 16.64 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital.
