On 27 June 2013, Computacenter plc was notified that Greg Lock, Chairman of the Company, had on the same day purchased 2,650 ordinary shares at a price of 446 pence per share. Rosemary Lock, a connected person of Greg Lock, had also on the same day purchased a total of 10,350 ordinary shares at an average price of 454.50 pence per share.

These transactions in total represent approximately 0.009% of the issued share capital. Following these transactions, Greg Lock's beneficial holding in the Company is 400,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.288% of the Company's issued share capital.
