Director shareholding

HaiKe Chemical Group Ltd (the "Company"), has been advised that Mr. Xiaohong Yang, the executive  Chairman of the Company, purchased 9,200 ordinary shares of US$0.002 in the Company, at 53.934 pence per ordinary share earlier today. 

Following the acquisition, Mr. Xiaohong Yang now holds 70,878 ordinary shares in the Company, 

representing 0.19 per cent of its issued ordinary share capital. Mr Yang also owns 12.24 per cent. of Hi Tech Chemical Investment Limited, a British Virgin Islands registered company which owns 55.33 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
