Director/PDMR Shareholdings: Notification under DTR 3.1.2 (R)

The Company was notified on 2nd April 2009 of the following transactions by Directors / Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their connected persons.

On 1st April 2009, Tony Mack, senior non-executive director, sold 700,000 shares in Air Partner at a price of 400p. Following the transaction Mr Mack still has an interest in Air Partner of 1,061,567, representing 10.41% of the issued share capital of the Company.
