DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING
Surgical Innovations Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification that Mr D B Liversidge CBE, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, on 21st April 2011 transferred 1,000,000 ordinary shares of 1p each into Quest Investments Ltd a company owned by him and Mrs Pamela Liversidge, OBE. Following this transaction Mr. Liversidge's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 6,171,821 ordinary shares representing 1.57 per cent. of the issued share capital.
