Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that it has received notification that, Mr M Green, a non executive director has acquired 1,000 ordinary shares at £3.55 per share from Mr S B Heath, the Chairman of the Company. This represents Mr M Green's entire shareholding and is less than 0.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

Mr S B Heath's shareholding is now 487,081 ordinary shares, representing 19.22 per cent. of the issued share capital.
