Director's shareholding

Clarity announces that it was today informed that, on the same day, John O'Hara, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 28,000 ordinary shares of 25p ("Ordinary Shares") each at a price of 20p per share. Following this transaction, John O'Hara's interest in the Company comprises 685,775 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.14 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
