DIRECTOR/PDMR Shareholding : Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules 3.1.4 R (1) (a)
ACAL PLC
On 20 July 2010, Simon Gibbins, Group Finance Director and a Director of Acal Plc, was granted a nil-cost option by Acal Plc over 179,447 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of Acal Plc on similar terms to awards granted under the Acal plc 2008 Long-Term Incentive Plan (the Award).
The Award will be exercisable between 20 July 2013 and 20 July 2020 dependent upon the satisfaction of certain performance criteria under the terms of the Award. The number of shares under the Award was determined using a share price of 163 pence per share, being the closing price of an ordinary share of Acal Plc on 19 July 2010, the last business day prior to the date of grant. No consideration was paid for the grant of the Award.
This award represents Mr Gibbins's only interest in the ordinary shares of Acal Plc.
