ILX Group plc ('the Company''), the AIM quoted business education and training specialist, announces that it was notified on 18 November 2008, that Paul Lever, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, yesterday purchased 25,000 shares in the Company at 21.945p per share. Following this transaction, Paul Lever now holds 125,100 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
