(AIM - TAM) announces that it was informed on September 21, 2012 that on that date Robert Brooks, CEO, acquired 122,874 shares of common stock in the Company at a price of US$0.25 per share. This acquisition was part of a larger acquisition of 646,105 shares of common stock acquired by the Company's staff.

Following this purchase, Mr. Brooks has a total beneficial interest in 122,874 shares of common stock in the Company, representing approximately 0.6% of the issued shares.
