Director's Share Dealings

Clifford Hurst, Finance Director, notified the Company on 8 September 2015 of the following transactions in the Company's shares that took place on 8 September 2015:

1) Transfer of 6,136 shares into Mr Hurst's ISA by selling the shares at a price of 320.76p and buying them back at 321.25p; and

2) Transfer by Mr Hurst's wife (Dr D F Watt) of 6,014 shares into her ISA by selling the shares at a price of 321.25p and buying them back at 321.75p.

The total number of shares held by Mr Hurst and his wife remains unchanged at 343,707 (0.78% of the issued share capital).

This disclosure has been made for the purposes of DTR 3.1.4.
