Shields, a director ofthe Company, had exercised options over 20,000 Ordinary Shares with an exerciseprice of 122p. Following this transaction Mr Shields has a beneficial interest in the Company'sissued ordinary share capital of 241,242 Ordinary Shares representing 0.49 percent of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital. Application will be made to the London Stock Exchange and UK Listing Authorityfor 20,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to tradingpursuant to the exercise of these options.
