Access Intelligence announces that it has been informed by Michael Jackson, non-executive chairman of the Group, that he has today sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the Group ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4p per ordinary share. Mr Jackson undertook such a sale, to institutional investors, in order to raise funds to satisfy an accelerated payment notice he recently received from HMRC, in relation to his personal tax affairs.

Following his sale, Mr Jackson is now interested in 20,865,858 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.52% of the issued share capital of the Group.
