Plant Health Care (AIM: PHC) has been informed that Dr Christopher Richards, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, and persons closely associated to him made the following dealings:
- on 28 April 2020, Dr Richards purchased a total of 350,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 拢0.061 per Ordinary Share; and
- on 30 April 2020, Dr Richards & Ann Carolyn Richards, Dr Richards' wife, sold in aggregate 700,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 拢0.059 and then repurchased, 380,000 Ordinary Shares into Dr Richards' ISA and 320,000 Ordinary Shares into Mrs. Richards' ISA at an average price of 拢0.05893 per Ordinary Share to facilitate an ISA transfer.
Following the purchase, Dr Richards and persons closely associated with him are beneficially interested in 2,583,015 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.02% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. For further information, please聽contact:
