The Company announces that the beneficial interest of Evelyn Halstead, the spouse of the Company's Chairman, Geoffrey Halstead, in the Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") has reduced following the transfer of 1,000 Ordinary Shares to another party for nil consideration.
