Business Post Group announces that on 12 June 2009, Guy Buswell, Chief Executive Officer of the Company purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of 285 pence per share.

Following today's purchase Guy Buswell now holds voting rights attached to 127,592 ordinary shares representing 0.23% of the issued share capital of the Company.
