26 March 2012 XP Power Limited Director's Dealings

XP Power Limited ("the Company") announces Duncan Penny, Chief Executive, has transferred 326,990 XP Power Limited ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") into a trust of which he and his wife are the principal beneficiaries. Subsequent to the transfer, Mr. Penny remains interested in a total of 326,990 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.70% of the Company's issued share capital.
