On 21 June 2016, the Company was notified that on 21 June 2016 the following Director and Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities âPDMRâ, had exercised share options over ordinary shares of 17 3/11 p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the 2013 Co-Investment Plan at an exercise price of 589.8571pence per share.Â
