Director Interest

CAP-XX Limited (AIM:CAPX.L), was informed on 1 May 2012 that, on 1 May 2012, Innovation Capital Ltd and Innovation Capital Fund LLP (together "Innovation Capital Fund I") sold a total of 520,775 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 29 pence per share. Innovation Capital is a leading Australian venture firm and has been a shareholder since 1999. They have been and remain a long term supporter of CAP-XX. Innovation Capital Fund I, under its constitution, must be wound up and its assets liquidated over the next year. Following the sale Innovation Capital Fund 1 no longer has a beneficial interest in the ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Michael Quinn, Chairman of CAP-XX, is a Managing Partner of Innovation Capital. He continues to have an interest in 173,199 ordinary shares representing 0.20% of the issued share capital of the Company including shares held in a superannuation fund.
