Equatorial Palm Oil plc, the AIM listed Liberian focussed sustainable oil palm plantation developer, announces that Michael Frayne has transferred 798,848 Ordinary Shares into Adelise Services Limited, a Company held by a trust of which Michael Frayne has a beneficial interest. The transfer has no impact on his ultimate beneficial ownership which is 6,444,085 ordinary shares, representing 5.5 per cent. of the issued share capital of the company.
