The Company has been informed that on 25 March 2009 Keith Sykes, a Director of the Company, bought 5,220 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 44p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Mr Sykes has a total beneficial holding of 400,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.791% of the current issued share capital.
