Europa Oil and Gas (Holdings) plc ("Europa" or "the Company") 24 May 2011 Director's dealings

Europa received notification today that William Ahlefeldt-Laurvig (non-executive director of Europa) yesterday purchased a total of 250,000 ordinary shares of the Company at 22.25p per share.

Mr Ahlefeldt-Laurvig is consequently interested in 25,502,442 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 22.4% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
