14 August 2012 PHSC plc ("PHSC" or the "Company") Director Shareholding

PHSC, a leading provider of health, safety, hygiene and environmental consultancy services to the public and private sectors, announces that today Nicola Coote, Deputy CEO of the Company, purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 25 pence per share via her SIPP. Simultaneously, Ms Coote disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company in a personal capacity, also at 25 pence per share. Ms Coote's interest in the Company's equity remains unchanged at 3,084,342 ordinary shares or 29.48%.
