Directors' Dealings 

NetPlay TV plc announces that it has been notified of the following directors' dealings: 

Martin Higginson 

Number of shares purchased: 300,000 

Number of shares now held: 16,580,000 

These shares were purchased on 20 October 2008 for a price of 18.94p per share. 

Mr Higginson also has an interest in the Company through Hindley Investments Limited, which own 13,271,000 ordinary shares. M Capital Investments (Jersey) Limited, an investment company in which the Higginson family has an interest, owns 988,500 ordinary shares in the Company. Mr Higginson therefore has an aggregate interest of 30,839,500 ordinary shares, representing 25.6 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital. 

Gavin Whyte

Number of shares purchased: 35,000 

Number of shares now held: 798,135, representing 0.66 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital. 

These shares were purchased on 20 October 2008 for a price of 18.94p per share. 

Andrew Lapping

Number of shares purchased: 300,000 

Number of shares now held: 2,192,500  

These shares were purchased on 20 October 2008 for a price of 18.94p per share. 

The Hamilton Portfolio Limited, a company of which Mr Lapping is the Managing Director, is interested in 675,000 ordinary shares. Hindley Investments Limited and Northern Edge Limited, both companies of which Mr Lapping is a director, have interests in 13,271,000 and 400,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively. Mr Lapping therefore has an aggregate interest of 16,538,500 ordinary shares, representing 13.7 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
