Director's shareholding
Chamberlin plc (CMH.L), the specialist castings and engineering group, has been informed that Mr Keith Butler-Wheelhouse, the Company's chairman, has acquired a further 1,784 Chamberlin ordinary shares at 80 pence per share through his family trust, representing 0.02 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company. The shares were acquired on 13 August 2013, and follows the acquisition of shares announced on 13 August 2013.
The shares were acquired by BW Family Limited ("BWFL"), a company wholly owned by a family trust in which Mr Butler-Wheelhouse is a potential beneficiary. Mr Butler-Wheelhouse is now interested in a total of 86,152 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.1 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
