Access Intelligence has been informed that on Friday 22 August 2014 Michael Jackson, Non-Executive Chairman of the Group, transferred 4,500,000 ordinary shares into a SIPP at a price of 3 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Jackson holds an unchanged total beneficial interest of 24,865,858 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.58% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
