The Company was notified on 3rd September 2013 that on 2nd September 2013 Mr Trend exercised 37,426 nil cost option awards granted in April 2010 over the Company's ordinary shares of 20p each under the Company's Share Matching Plan and which vested in April 2013 following achievement of the appropriate performance targets. Mr Trend subsequently disposed of 37,426 of these shares at a price of 465.00p per share.

Following this transaction, Mr Trend and a person connected to Mr Trend still hold an interest in the Company's issued share capital of 100,000 ordinary shares of 20p each representing 0.0851% of the issued share capital of the Company.
