Waterman Group PLC22 December 2005 Waterman Group plc ("the Company") Director Shareholding The Company was today informed that Mr Barry J Gore, a director of the Company,sold 65,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of £1.38 per share on 14December 2005.
