The Company announces that on 9 May 2016, the following directors and PDMRs purchased the number of ordinary shares in the Company (Partnership Shares) set out against their names below and were allocated the number of free ordinary shares (Matching Shares) set out against their names below, in each case under the Company's Share Incentive Plan (SIP):

The Partnership Shares were purchased at the price of £3.009 per share. Under the SIP, each participant may contribute up to £150 per month towards the purchase of Partnership Shares. In accordance with the rules of the SIP, one Matching Share has been awarded for each Partnership Share purchased. The Matching Shares are subject to a 12 month forfeiture period.

This notification is made pursuant to the requirements of Rule 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company received notification of this transaction from the trustees of the SIP on 9 May 2016. The above transaction took place in the United Kingdom.
