NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that Mr Hugh Sergeant, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 11,750 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the following tranches:
· 5,900 Ordinary Shares at a price of 273.45p on 26 June 2018;
· 2,100 Ordinary Shares at a price of 273.45p on 26 June 2018; and
· 3,750 Ordinary Shares at a price of 273.45p on 26 June 2018.
Following this purchase, Mr Sergeant holds 1,233,360 Ordinary Shares representing 1.50% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
