Iomart Group PLC27 March 2008 iomart Group plc ("iomart" or the "Company") Director's shareholding iomart announces that on 27 March 2008 Fred Shedden, director of the Company,transferred 76,757 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company('Ordinary Shares') into a Self Invested Personal Pension ('SIPP'). Accordingly,76,757 Ordinary Shares were sold from his nominee account at a price of 45p pershare and 76,757 Ordinary Shares were bought by the SIPP at a price of 45p pershare. Following these transactions, Fred Shedden's interest in the Company comprises744,588 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.75 per cent. of theCompany's issued ordinary share capital.
