Further to the Opening Position Disclosure made today by Mr Johan Claesson, non-executive director of K3, the Company announces that it has been notified that the holding of Mr Claesson and his family (as defined by the AIM Rules for Companies) is 5,826,823 ordinary shares of 25p each, representing 20.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
