Vislink PLC06 April 2006 Vislink plc Director shareholding 6 April 2006 The Company was been informed on 5 April 2006 by Ian Scott-Gall, the ChiefExecutive, that he has exercised 100,000 share options at an exercise price of30.0p per share. In addition the Company has been informed that Mr Scott-Gallhas sold 60,000 shares in the Company at a price of 56.5pence. Following thesetransactions Mr Scott-Gall will be interested in 1,160,000 shares representing0.85 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
