Iofina plc (AIM: IOF), specialists in the exploration and production of iodine and manufacturers of specialty chemical products, has been notified that on 29 June 2026, Tim Hughes, Non-Executive Director, purchased 20,003 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50 pence per share, increasing his beneficial holding to 20,003 Ordinary Shares.
