Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on 25 October 2012 that the Sten Mortstedt family and charity trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman and Director of the Company purchased 2,998 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 710 pence per Ordinary Share on 25 October 2012.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares, including those held in Trust, is 23,116,889 Ordinary Shares (53.38%).
