Mortgage Advice Bureau (Holdings) plc announces it has today been informed that Lucy Tilley, Finance Director, bought ordinary shares in the Company on 20 May 2015 in London.

Lucy Tilley purchased 4,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company at a purchase price of 221 pence per ordinary share. Lucy Tilley is now the beneficial holder of 4,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each, representing 0.01% of the Company's current issued share capital.
