Empresaria Group PLC18 February 2008 Empresaria Group plc ("Empresaria" or the "Group") Directors' dealings Empresaria was notified on 15 February 2008 of the following transactions in itsordinary shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") which took place that day: Tony Martin, Chairman, acquired 500,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 82 penceper share.
