Notification of Transactions of Directors/PersonsDischarging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons
On 12 December 2008, Acal Plc was informed of the following transactions in its ordinary shares of 5p each:
1) On 11 December 2008, Richard Moon (Chairman) purchased 9,800 ordinary shares at a price of 102p per share;
2) On 12 December 2008, Synergie Business Limited, a company of which Richard Moon is a Director and in which he is a shareholder (32.5%), purchased 25,000 ordinary shares at a price of 108p per share and 20,300 ordinary shares at a price of 110p per share.
Following these transactions, Richard Moon is interested in 65,100 ordinary shares of 5p each in Acal Plc, representing 0.25% of the issued ordinary share capital of Acal Plc as at 15 December 2008.
