Further to the announcement earlier today, Energetix is pleased to confirm that the following directors have conditionally subscribed for new ordinary shares in the Firm Placing at the placing price of 28p per share as follows:

The Directors had not been permitted to take part in the Firm Placing prior to the announcement of the Company's interim results which were released earlier today. The same definitions apply throughout this announcement as are applied in the earlier announcement today.
