Director/ PDMR Shareholding
Carr's announces that Chris Holmes (Chief Executive Officer) has sold 2,250 ordinary shares in the Company of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 1079 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Chris Holmes is interested in 125,250 Ordinary Shares (representing 1.41% of the Company's issued share capital).
