The Board of Feedback were notified on 22nd October that Mr. Peter Smith, Finance Director, yesterday purchased 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2 pence per share.

Following the transaction, Mr. Smith's total beneficial interest in the Company is 2,414,761 ordinary shares representing 2.21 per cent. of the Company's ordinary issued share capital.
