Deltex Medical Group plc ("Deltex Medical" or the "Company"), the global leader in oesophageal Doppler monitoring ("ODM"), has been notified that on 10 December 2010 Paul Mitchell, Finance Director, disposed of 82,131 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company at 18.0 pence per share.

As a result of the above transaction, undertaken in order to settle tax liabilities primarily relating to the exercise of options, Mr Mitchell now owns 122,350 ordinary shares, representing 0.093% of the Company's issued share capital.
