Director's dealing

cScape was notified on 13 January 2011 that, on that day, Keith Young, the Chairman of the Company, acquired 673 ordinary shares of 10p in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 72 pence each.

Following this transaction, Mr Young's beneficial holding in the Company is 995,398 Ordinary Shares representing 66.88% per cent. of the issued share capital of cScape.
