Director Shareholding
The Company announces today that James Lambert, Non-executive Chairman purchased 50,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 20p each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 134 pence per share.
Mr Lambert now has a beneficial interest in 1,413,691 Ordinary Shares representing 6.81 % of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
