Reckitt Benckiser Group plc (the "Company") announces the following changes in the interests of a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

The Company was notified on 9 December 2015 that Darrell Stein, SVP Information Services, purchased 822 Shares on the same day at a price of £62.11 per share.

Following this purchase, Mr Stein's shareholding has increased to 6,262 Shares, representing 0.0009% of the Company's total voting rights.
