Quadrise Fuels International PLC06 July 2007 6 July 2007 AIM : QFI Quadrise Fuels International plc ("Quadrise" or "the Company") Directors' Dealings The Board of Quadrise Fuels International Plc resolved on 4 July 2007 to grantoptions over ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Options") in accordancewith the provisions of the Company's Share Option Scheme to the Quadrisemanagement team including two directors, William Howe and Anthony Kallis whoabstained from voting on the grant of Options in their favour. The Options vestover a period of two years in four equal tranches. In accordance with the ShareOptions Scheme rules, the exercise price is a minimum of 12p per share. Theexercise of the options is subject to detailed performance targets.
