The Company was notified on 8 December 2009 that on 24 November 2009 Marcelo Junqueira, a director of CEB, accepted the cash offer of 12.68p per share by Global Investors Acquisition LLC for the Company in respect of his entire shareholding of 3,418,079 ordinary shares in the Company (representing 2.3% of the Company's issued ordinary shares).
