Following these purchases Mr C Jones holds a total of 30,605Geared Income shares and Mrs L M Jones holds 5,605 Geared Income shares in theCompany, representing 0.024% and 0.004% of the total voting rights in theCompany. There are 62,822,084 Geared Income shares and 62,822,084 Zero DividendPreference shares in issue. On a poll each Geared Income share carries one voteand each Zero Dividend Preference share carries one vote.
