GSH Group PLC19 June 2007 GSH GROUP PLC ("the Company" or "GSH") Director's Shareholding The Company was notified on 18 June 2007 of the purchase on 15 June 2007 byCitigroup Quilter as nominee for the Mrs Joan Gilbert Wills Trust ("the Trust")of 4,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of the Company("Shares") at a price of 505p per Share. Robert Gilbert, Chairman of theCompany, is a trustee and beneficiary of the Trust. As a consequence, RobertGilbert's shareholding in the Company, including family interests, is 14,700Shares representing 0.071 per cent. of the existing share capital of the Company(being before the issue of the 1,000,000 Shares ("New Shares") referred to inthe announcement of the Company on 15 June 2007 expected to complete tomorrow("Existing Share Capital")) and 0.068 per cent. of the Existing Share Capital asenlarged by the issue of the New Shares.
