Baron Oil plc, the independent oil and gas exploration and production company focused on Latin America, is pleased to announce that it was informed on 28 October 2014 that Bill Colvin, a director of the Company, acquired 1,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company of 0.025 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1.70 pence per share. As a result of this purchase, Bill Colvin has an interest in 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares.
